Come join us for the dedication of Freedom Park at 750 Biscoe Street (Highway 49). The dedication begins at noon and admission is free. There will be 5 exhibits within the park to explore the experiences of refuge slaves who came to Helena in search of freedom and a life of self-determination. illustrated panels, life-size figures, a bronze statue, structures representing a plantation house, a refugee dwelling and an earthwork interpret Arkansas' first National Underground Railroad Network to Freedom site.
