Conserve Fish, Go Fishing!

The National Park Service manages fish and regulates fishing to provide appropriate fishing opportunities while conserving native fish communities in their natural state. The Fish & Fishing website provides information about fish species in parks and the fishing regulations that apply. By following regulations, and practicing catch and release fishing of native fish, anglers can help ensure that native fish in our national parks will be enjoyed for generations to come.
