The Star-Spangled Banner National Historic Trail works through a growing number of partnerships with museums, parks, wildlife refuges, water and land trails that rely on volunteer help to maintain and restore the natural, cultural, and recreational resources that characterize the Bay. Learn about the diversity of places that are part of the Chesapeake Bay Gateways and Watertrails Network. You’ll find links to sites throughout the Chesapeake Bay watershed where you can volunteer. You’ll find other ways to become involved in projects to benefit the Bay when you visit the website for the Captain John Smith Chesapeake National Historic Trail. |
