Junior Ranger Day

Saturday April 21, 2012 is Junior Ranger Day. Stones River National Battlefield will be joining state and national parks across the nation by hosting special programs to encourage children and families to enjoy the vast natural and cultural resources in our nation`s parks.

In addition to the opportunity for children ages 6-12 to complete the park`s Junior Ranger activity booklet, all children will have a chance to earn special Junior Ranger day items like patches, pins, and certificates by participating in special activities.

You can join us for Junior Ranger Day programs from 10 AM to 4 PM. Stop by the visitor center first to pick up your Junior Ranger Day guide.
