America's Legacy: National Parks Presentation

The mission of the National Park Service can be described with the NPS symbol - the arrowhead. America's National Parks care for land, water, plants, animals, and the human history that is America's Legacy.

National Parks have been described as "the best idea America ever had!"' This 45-minute PowerPoint presentation shows kids of all ages what the National Park Service does, and how youngsters can experience our national treasures.

Presented in the Steamtown NHS theater; included in the Park Entrance Fee.

Did You Know?
