Centennial Celebration Events for March, 2010
100 years in Sitka

Click here to hear a radio story from National Public Radio affiliate KCAW-FM "Raven Radio" of Sitka, Alaska, about the March centennial events.

Sitka National Historical Park's first centennial events drew a wide variety of participants during the weekend of March 20-23, 2010. Captured in photographs, participants can forever reflect and reminisce on memories created by participation at the historic events - the battle ride, the picnic, the robe dedication, the dancing, the E.W. Merrill exhibit opening and the open house; and this is only the beginning of a great year of centennial events.
