Allison Crull's Video

Allison's eighth grade history teacher had an unusual assignment for the class: Create a video in the style of a movie trailer. The subject should be a battle from the War Between the States.

Allison chose the Battle of Shiloh and got an A. We at Shiloh think she did a great job. Here's her video so you can see for yourself the work of a very talented young lady.

Explorer John Wesley Powell, who first journeyed the Colorado River through the Grand Canyon, did so with only one arm. He lost his right arm at Shiloh while commanding a battery of Illinois artillery pieces.
