The staff at the Corinth Civil War Interpetive Center invites everyone to attend its first book-club discussion. The book being discussed is "Corinth 1862: Siege, Battle, and Occupation," by Timothy B. Smith.

The chat will begin at 8:30 am on Thursday, February 7, at the Corinth Civil Civil War Interpretive Center. Anyone interested in attending should read chapter one of the book. For more information please call the Center at 662-287-9273.

Battery Robinett

The Corinth Civil War Interpretive Center sits at the site of Battery Robinett, where some of the most brutal fighting in the Battle of Corinth took place. Today, the battery site contains the graves of a Civil War general, a colonel, and several other soldiers.
