On August 20 and 21, 2005, Company C, 7th Tennessee Cavalry (dismounted) will provide demonstrations at Shiloh National Military Park. The Federal unit will camp in Powell Field, immediately south of the National Cemetery at Pittsburg Landing. Visitors are welcome to visit the period camps, talk with the reenactors, and watch as the cavalrymen provide a variety of demonstrations ranging from cavalry bugle calls to firing demonstrations. The tentative weekend schedule is as follows:
