We are pleased to accept written comments in any form or format you wish
to submit them. Handwritten responses on plain paper will be accepted
as readily as computer generated responses printed on official letterhead.
Please provide your name and full mailing address on all written
responses.

Please note
that your comments will be used in the development of the GMP/EIS. However,
due to the high volume of comments we will not be able to provide individual
responses.

Persons interested in receiving additional information on the project

Project Manager, at 404-562-3124 ext. 637. We strongly encourage persons
with detailed or complex ideas to submit them in a written format so those
ideas can be better understood in their full context.
Public Meetings
Several public meetings will be held over the course of the project. Check
the Announcements Page of this web site regularly
for the most current information about future meetings.
Newsletters
Several newsletters will be published during the project to help people
stay informed about public meetings, discussions, draft alternatives,
and other important information. Its easy to add your name to the mailing
list for newsletters by providing your full mailing address to the park
by telephone, U.S. Mail, email, or in person the next time you visit the
park. Electronic versions of newsletters, drafts, and other project related
materials will be made available for download on the Plan
Resources Page of this web site

mailing address on all e-mail submissions.
NPS policy on disclosure and anonymity for comments
about planning documents
Please note that it is the practice of the National Park Service to
make comments, including names and addresses of respondents available
for public review during regular business hours. If you wish to
withhold your name and/or address, you must state this prominently at
the beginning of your comment. It is the policy of the National
Park Service not to consider anonymous comments.
The National Park
Service will make all submissions from organizations or businesses, and
from individuals identifying themselves as representatives or officials
of organizations or businesses available for public inspection in their
entirety.
