The snowshoe walk (Feb. 18) is cancelled and is being replaced with a Grant Tree Walk at 2 p.m. Meet in the Grant Tree parking lot for this one-hour, 1/2 mile walk.
RESERVATIONS REQUIRED! Limit 15 participants. No experience necessary!
We provide the snowshoes; you bring warm layered clothing, waterproof boots, gloves, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, water and a snack. This activity is moderately strenuous and recommended for ages 9 and up. Sign up at the Kings Canyon Visitor Center or call 559-565-4307. (2 hours, up to 1 mile)
* All Snowshoe Walks listed are tentative, and may be cancelled due to insufficient snow or other events. Stop by or call the Kings Canyon Visitor Center to sign up and check on current conditions. A decision will be made by 9 a.m. each morning if a program will be cancelled.
