Join a ranger for a snowshoe walk through the winter woods on old fashioned wooden snowshoes provided. No snowshoe experience necessary. (2 hours, 1 mile)
Reservations required. Limit 18 participants. Contact Lodgepole Visitor Center at
559-565-4436. All participants should wear waterproof footwear and dress warmly.
Not recommended for children under the age of 10.
* Note: All Snowshoe Walks listed are tentative, and may be cancelled due to insufficient snow or other events. Reservations are required for all snowshoe walks. Stop by or call the Lodgeple Visitor Center at 559-565-4436 to sign up and check on current conditioins. A decision will be made by 9 a.m. each morning if a program will be cancelled.
