Educational Fee Waivers

Entrance fee waivers are available to academic institutions when the main purpose of their visit is educational rather than recreational. Please contact Scotts Bluff National Monument's Ranger Desk to make an educational group reservation at 308-436-9700. Tunnel Two on the Summit Road at Scotts Bluff National Monument

The Summit Road at Scotts Bluff National Monument is believed to be the oldest existing concrete road in the state of Nebraska. The road allows visitors to drive to the top of the bluff through three tunnels for a spectacular view of the valley.
