If you wish to walk in the park on Thanksgiving Day you are welcome from sunrise to sunset. Although the visitor center and restrooms will be closed and the summit road will be closed to vehicles, the parking lot and trails will be open. Walk off the turkey and pumpkin pie on the Saddle Rock Trail, Oregon Trail and Prairie View Trail. Dogs are welcome if they are on a leash and any deposits are picked up.
