Things To Know Before You Come
The park is still in the developmental stage. Food, lodging, and other services are available in Christiansted, Frederiksted, and at other island locations. There are no campsites at Salt River Bay. St. Croix has one private campground at Mount Victory on the island’s west end.

Salt River Bay encompasses the single largest mangrove system remaining in the Virgin Islands. The mangroves and bay’s sea grass beds provide some of the most important wildlife habitat in the territory.
