  • Salt River Bay NHP&EP Visitor Contact Station Closed for Season

    We are only open on Thursdays through the 6th of June 2013! 9AM-4:30PM From June 06-November 14, 2013 the Visitor Contact Station at Salt River Bay will be closed. It can be opened by appointment. Call 340-773-1460 for more information.

Operating Hours & Seasons

The Visitor Center at Salt River Bay is open November 14 through June 6, 2013.

Hours of Operation:

Thursdays
9:00 AM-4:30 PM, and by appointment (340) 773-1460 x 233

When the Visitor Center is closed, information may be obtained at the National Park Service visitor contact station at Fort Christianvaern, Christiansted National Historic Site. The hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm seven days a week. Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Park staff may be available for scheduled tours of Salt River Bay NHS & EP. Rangers will do their best to meet the request.
