    Due to conditions along the steep ravine portion of the Wilkinson Trail, an alternate route is in effect. Maps are available at the park visitor center.

PLEASE NOTE: Children's Program Series will be offered at the park's Visitor Center this year.

Topics for this year's programs are as follows:

  • July 2: "We're Cooking Now!" -- food and cooking in the 18th century
  • July 9: "Fun and Games and Toys!" -- games and toys of the 18th century
  • July 16: "Come Dancing!" -- dance from the time of the American Revolution
  • July 23st: "Let's Dress Up!" -- clothing, and laundry(!), for boys and girls from the American Revolution
