Contact the Office of Special Park Uses at 805-370-2308 to discuss your proposal. If the event is unusual, there may be a need for staff review of the proposal before a tentative date can be set. We will work with you to set a date that does not conflict with other events or major park activities.
It is important to remember that NATIONAL PARK SERVICE SITES ARE NOT CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC DURING FESTIVALS. Individuals wishing to hike the trails or use other park facilities are exempt from event fees.
