High School Internships

New Positions For High School Students!!!

High School students can get experience at possible careers and can enhance their college applications by interning four or more hours per week. High school students must have their own transportation to and from the work site.

Your e-mail should include your grade level and high school, whether you have future career goals, and what they might be, your interests and any volunteer experience you have had that might be related to this position.

Backbone trail hikes lead to views of mountains, canyons, and the Pacific Ocean.

Piece by piece, a trail is forging its way along the "backbone" of the recreation area. California State Parks took the first step toward a 65-mile Backbone Trail in 1978. With 5 miles left to go, single track trails and fireroads will unite this patchwork of public parklands from east to west.
