Sneak peak of the new Ken Burns National Parks documentary

Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area invites you to a special sneak peak screening of the upcoming Ken Burns Film: The National Parks: America’s Best Idea premiering on PBS. Come to either the National Park Service Headquarters or the scenic Satwiwa Culture Center, both located in Thousand Oaks, to enjoy the film and refreshments.
The sneak peak will be shown continuously on both September 26th and 27th from 9 am-5 pm. Visitors will also have the opportunity to browse new merchandise related to the film and take advantage of a 20% off sale in the National Park Service bookstore. Directions to the film screenings:
The National Park Service Visitor Center is located at 401 West Hillcrest Drive in Thousand Oaks, California. From Ventura Frwy (U. S. Highway 101) to Lynn Rd turn north on Lynn road turn east (right) on Hillcrest Drive left onto McCloud Ave. First driveway on the right.
Satwiwa Culture Center Main Parking Area entrance is located at the intersection of Lynn Road (in Google Maps it is West Potrero Road) and Via Goleta on the south side. Follow the entrance road to the end for restroom facilities and a 1/4 mile walking trail to Satwiwa Culture Center.
