Salem, MA - In honor of those that serve and have served in the United States military, national park units around the country, including Salem Maritime National Historic Site, will be offering everyone fee-free tours and programs during the Veterans Day weekend. The fee free designation applies to the entire weekend, Saturday, Sunday and Monday, November 10 - 12. Visitors who arrive on November 10, 11 or 12 will be allowed to attend tours and programs free of charge. The Visitor Center (2 New Liberty St) will have park passes such as Interagency Senior, Annual and Access Passes, as well as the new Active Military Passes, available for those who wish to acquire them.
