New for 2012!

Saugus Iron Works National Historic Site has revised its fifth grade curriculum-based education program, Meet the People, in order to better connect students and teachers to the mission and stories of the National Park Service and our park.  The program assists Massachusetts educators in meeting learning standards in the History and Social Science Curriculum Framework.

Now taking reservations!

Saugus Iron Works National Historic Site does not charge fees for curriculum-based programs and ranger-guided tours. However, reservations are required adn must be made well in advance.

Meet the People is offered by reservation only Wednesday-Friday, May 2 - June 15, 2012, for groups of 50 or less. For reservations call the reservation line at 781-231-7344. For information about education programs and ranger-guided tours contact Education Specialist Maryann Zujewski by email.
