MISSION STATEMENT
It is the mission of the National Park Service to preserve the Sagamore Hill National Historic Site and to protect the Theodore Roosevelt home, and other associated resources where the Roosevelt family lived; and to interpret the life and significant accomplishments of the 26th President of the United States.

Sagamore Hill NHS is managed by the National Park Service, a federal agency within the United States Department of the Interior. The webpages in this section will explain how Sagamore Hill operates, provide facts about our staff and volunteers, introduce you to organizations we view as our partners in running the site, detail laws and rules pertaining to the site, etc. We hope that these pages give you a better understanding of how the National Park Service and Sagamore Hill work for you.
