Fees & Reservations

Fees

A ticket is needed for entrance to the historic vessels on Hyde Street Pier. The cost is $5.00 per person and the ticket is good for seven days. Entrance to the ships is free for supervised children under 16. The ticket booth is located on the pier. There is no charge when visiting on one of the fee-free days. Reservations

Reservations for school groups, and other educational groups, must be made at least two weeks prior to your visit. Please call 415-561-6662, ext.33 to make a reservation.

Special Use Permits

At least one month's notice and application for Special Use Permits is required. Filming permits are arranged on an individual basis. Please call 415-561-7049 for more information.

Certain Special Use Permits such as athletic events and commercial films are managed by Golden Gate National Recreation Area, and comprehensive information can be found on their park website.

Our park partner, San Francisco Maritime National Park Association, handles facility rentals of the ferryboat Eureka, Maritime Museum Building and several other spaces. More information is available on their venue rental website.
