Daily ranger-led interpretive programs are offered every day at 11 CST. Programs include guided cave shelter tours (tours are only led into the cave shelter)nature walks, lantern hikes and more. The boardwalk to the cave shelter is wheelchair accessible. Visitors must stay on the boardwalk at all times. Check the Schedule of Events for more information.

Prehistoric Fishooks

One of the oldest bone fishhooks in the Southeastern United States was found at Russell Cave National Monument.  The ancient people who occupied this site ate many species of fish from the Tennessee River.
