Are you ready for the hawk stance, white-tailed high jump and green frog hop? Whether this is your first or second time doing the circuit, join the fun this Saturday morning on the two-mile Track Trail. Bring water and close-toed shoes. Be prepared to exercise. Ages 6 to 12 and families.
