Take Interstate 75 to exit 15 and go south on Dixie Highway to Elm Ave. make a left on Elm and the Visitor Center will be on the left hand side.

By Plane

The Detroit Metropolitan Airport (DTW / KDTW) has international and domestic flights from Detroit, Michigan and is about 20 miles from the center of Monroe, MI.

River Raisin National Battlefield Park was established as the 393rd unit of the United States National Park Service. It was designated as a Michigan Historic Site on February 18, 1956 and was added to the National Register of Historic Places on December 10, 1982.
