American Revolution: A Basic Bibliography
This bibliography includes highlights of
a vast literature. The emphasis is on well-received recent books and
works that have achieved the status of classics. When possible, works
that are currently available have been chosen. Each entry concludes
with the book’s Library of Congress call number. A more in-depth
