 This past year Cedar Breaks initiated a new employee performance system. This system employs extensive employee input and combines the employee performance review with a yearly work plan and Individual Development Plan. Employees update their accomplishments monthly and review their progress with their supervisor on a quarterly basis. So far, this new system has led to a higher level of employee "buy-in", a greater sense of individual responsibility, and a more cooperative work environment.
