There are no entrance fees for Rainbow Bridge National Monument. There is an entrance fee for Glen Canyon National Recreation Area, from which visitors can access Rainbow Bridge by boat.

Permits are required from the Navajo Nation for those wishing to backpack to Rainbow Bridge.

Did You Know?
John Wetherill was already the Superintendant of Navajo National Monument when he was also given the same task for Rainbow Bridge National Monument. He operated both monuments, provided tours and supplies, and lived at his Kayenta, AZ trading post.
