The draft Cesar Chavez Special Resource Study and Environmental Assessment was available for public review and comment from mid-October to mid-November, 2012.

While the comment period has closed, you may still download or view the draft report. The executive summary of the draft study report is available here.

The executive summary is also available in Spanish here.

The final Cesar Chavez Special Resource Study Report, Environmental Assessment, and Finding of No Significant Impact are under review in Washington D.C. These documents will be transmitted to Congress and will be available to the public when this review is complete.
