Prince William Forest Park is an oasis of natural beauty and human history located only 35 miles south of Washington, DC. 37 miles of hiking trails and 21 miles of bicycle-accessible roads and trails traverse this 15,000 acre piedmont forest. Happy National Parks Week!

The theme of this year’s National Park Week is "Kids in Parks." About 200 parks will commemorate the 2nd annual Junior Ranger Day on April 26 with plenty of fun-filled activities and special events. Join the rangers at Prince William Forest Park on Saturday, April 26th for Junior Ranger Day.
