of a drainage system and catch basin. The project will replace
the old-style sand and gravel safety surface material and the
old wooden playground equipment with new ADA accessible play
structure systems. The project includes the installation of accessible
sidewalks, a drinking fountain and landscaping at each park.
A wading pool at Roberts Park will be converted to a water playground. |

donation, into a small neighborhood park. Plans include rehabilitation
of the building into a neighborhood recreation center for use
by neighborhood residents. The recreation center will also host
After School programs, Summer Recreation Programs and scouting
activities. Rehabilitation will address interior and exterior
ADA accessibility requirements and include a complete re-model
of the facility, replacing plumbing, wiring, lights, doors and
windows. Repairs will be made to the concrete foundation, roof
and siding. The project includes installation of kitchen fixtures
and a heating and air conditioning system. |

playground surfacing and playground equipment that was removed
for safety reasons. Both elements of this proposal will address
