Knoxville	Mayor Victor Ashe (865-215-2040)	$500,000	Caswell Park: this neighborhood park will be rehabilitated with a playground area, walking trail, water playground, sidewalk, drinking fountains irrigation and site improvements.
Memphis	Mayor Willie Herenton (901-576-6000)	$500,000	Four deteriorated swimming pool facilities in the city will be rehabilitated (L.E. Brown, Tom Lee, Fox Meadows, and Riverview).
