$70,000 | Elliot Park Rehabilitation: Work will include upgrading or replacing every element of the existing facility. The proposal will replace or upgrade the existing tennis courts and swimming pool areas to better serve the needs, demands and desires of both present and future neighborhood users. This project will provide the neighborhood with many new recreation opportunities: basketball, free water playground, meeting and event facilities, rehabilitated picnic and family outing facilities, and upgraded or replaced playground equipment. Finally, aesthetic improvements such as rail fencing and new plantings of trees and shrubs will create a place where residents will want to go. |
