$500,000  Keney Park: This is the only recreation area immediately available to residents of the most economically distressed and crime-ridden area in the city. This project will result in the reopening of the Waverly Field House and address the deterioration an erosion of Keney Pond.

$75,000 Osgood Park Pool: Surrounded by two public housing projects, this swimming pool was closed last season due to severe deterioration. This project will rehabilitate this swimming pool to enable the facility to be open on a long-term basis and will complement the temporary work being done by the city to open the pool for this summer.
