Berkeley  Mayor Weldon Rucker (510-981-7000)  $202,125 James Kenny Recreation Center Improvements: The city of Berkeley will renovate this recreation center with exterior wall repairs, installation of ramp for disabled access, elevator, renovate restroom, enlarge kitchen, rehabilitate meeting room.
Daly City Mayor Carol Klatt (650-991-8125) $103,500 Hillside Tot Lot/Amphitheater Renovation: This project includes the replacement of playground equipment, installation of site furnishings, landscape improvements, etc.
Fresno Mayor Alan Autry (559-498-1560) $381,150 Frank H. Ball Playground: The playground will be upgraded, replacing worn out picnic facilities, adding safety lighting, replacing termite infested light poles and field lighting, bringing the recreation center up to health, safety and ADA standards.
Kern County Barbara Patrick, Chairperson, County Board of Supervisors (661-868-3585) $480,165 Proposal requests funding to rehabilitate unsafe tot lots at Casa Loma, Heritage, Pioneer, and Rexland Acres parks, four distressed areas within Kern County.
Long Beach Mayor Beverly O'Neill (562-570-6801) $500,000 Martin Luther King Park Pool Rehabilitation: Rehabilitation of the MLK Park Pool locker rooms, office, classroom, lifeguard/First aid station, and entrance to resolve safety, access, and maintenance issues.
