National Leadership Council

 

 

The National Leadership Council (NLC) is composed of the Director, Chief of Staff, Deputy Directors, Chief of Staff, Associate Directors, Comptroller and Regional Directors.  Members meet several times a year, working together as a strong and unified leadership team to provide the strategic direction for the Service. It is currently staffed by Jennifer Lee (Special Assistant to the Director) with the active support of managers in the parks, program areas and regional offices.

 

 

NLC Journal

 

 

The NLC Journal is a report from the National Leadership Council to all National Park Service employees. The issues noted below have been distributed electronically, with notices posted on the Morning Report; supervisors also made hard copies available to their staff. Shown below are archived Journals from previous meetings.  The format for Journals was revised during Director Bomar’s tenure.  Comments and questions regarding records of NLC meetings should be directed to Jennifer_Lee@nps.gov.
