Trail Closures due to trail restoration project
Per Superintendent's Order: T36 CFR 1.5(f), Rinconada Canyon and other side trails are closed until further notice due to an extensive trail restoration project. Inquire at visitor center for open petroglyph viewing trails. Thank you.

Purchase a 2014 America the Beautiful National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands Pass This Interagency Annual Pass provides a convenient and affordable way to visit numerous recreation areas managed by the Forest Service, the National Park Service, Fish and Wildlife Service, the Bureau of Land Management, and the Bureau of Reclamation. Eighty to 100 percent of the proceeds from pass sales are used to improve and enhance visitor recreation services. Purchase at Petroglyph National Monument's visitor center, open daily 8:00 am to 5:00 pm MST.

Senior Pass - $10.00 for U.S. citizens and permanent residents age 62 and older.
Interagency Access Pass
Access Pass- issued free to persons with a permanent disability
Notice: Petroglyph National Monument has the above listed passes available to purchase at the visitor center. At this time, acceptable forms of payment are only cash and personal checks.

The Annual Military Pass is a free pass for all active military member personnel and their dependents. In order to qualify for the Annual Military Pass, the military member must present their CAC Card. A military dependent must present a Department of Defense ID (DD Form 1173) that identifies the dependent and his/her sponsor. Dependents may not use any other type of ID to obtain a pass. This pass will be available through December 31, 2014 and accepted for use through the end of December, 2015.
