Accessibility
The Park Visitor Center is accessible. The park film has a caption box for the hearing impaired. The park tour road and most tour stops are accessible. The Elkhorn Tavern and trails are historic and not fully accessible. Park wayside exhibits were installed in 1963 were not designed for visually impaired visitors, however, new exhibits that are currently in the design phase will meet NPS-ADA standards.

Did You Know?
Pratt’s Store was Curtis’ headquarters, a strategic spot at the junction of Wire Road and the Leetown battlefield. It is uncertain as to whether the original store was on the east or west side of the road.
