__Sample of Artistic Work. Submit as appropriate:
- Visual Artists (i.e. Photographers, Sculptors, Painters, etc): 1 CD with 6 different jpg or tif images of high enough quality to project on a screen (preferred size is 1024 x 768)
- Writers: 6 pages of written examples
- Musicians/Composers: 1 cassette or CD
- Performing Artists: 1 video tape, CD, or DVD
- Multidiscipline Artists: send appropriate sample combinations based on the above
