__Resume with list of professional works.  

__Statement of Purpose for Residency, no more than one page, to include:

  • Relevance to Petrified Forest and the National Park Service
  • Potential for personal growth
  • Specific focus of project

__Sample of Artistic Work. Submit as appropriate:

  • Visual Artists (i.e. Photographers, Sculptors, Painters, etc): 1 CD with 6 different jpg or tif images of high enough quality to project on a screen (preferred size is 1024 x 768)
  • Writers: 6 pages of written examples
  • Musicians/Composers: 1 cassette or CD
  • Performing Artists: 1 video tape, CD, or DVD 
  • Multidiscipline Artists: send appropriate sample combinations based on the above

__SASE with adequate postage for return of artistic samples. Written samples are not returned.
