make informed giving decisions.
The Bureau of Land Management's
partnership website: Provides BLM, its partners, and the public information and tools to foster the understanding
and skills necessary for successful, collaborative partnership with communities.
Chronicle of Philanthropy: The Internet Resources section is a collection of web links, sorted into five major
categories: Gifts and Grants, Fund Raising, Managing Non-Profit Groups, Technology, and General Non-Profit
Information.
FindIt.Org - The Nonprofit Online Resource: Provides fundraising resources, nonprofit marketing advice, a
dictionary of nonprofit terms, tips on graphics, and if you register your nonprofit, access to a "Virtual Interactive Consultant."

Independent Sector: Is a leadership forum for charities, foundations and corporate giving programs for the
advancement of the common good. They are a coalition of approximately 600 organizations that lead, strengthen and mobilizes
the charitable community. Through their website they provide research and resources on giving and volunteering, accountability
and the public trust, and public policy issues.
Innovation Network, Inc. (InnoNet): Dedicated to helping small-to-medium-sized nonprofits plan and evaluate their
programs. InnoNet's web site is a free resource that provides tools, instruction, guidance and a framework for creating
detailed program, evaluation and fundraising plans.
The Management Assistance Program for Nonprofits: Offers a free management library with 72 categories of topics,
including boards of directors, fund raising, marketing, and evaluation.
Minnesota Council on Nonprofits Management Resources: Resources are subdivided into the following categories:
personnel; board issues; lobbying; fundraising resources; and other management resources.
The NonprofitCenters Network: A community of Multi-tenant Nonprofit Centers and their philanthropic, government,
academic and real estate partners. Through conferences, peer networking, mentoring and the internet, the network
provides education and resources for the creation and operation of quality nonprofit office and program space.
Nonprofit Times: Site includes a collection of links provided by the publishers of the newspaper Nonprofit Times,
as well as selected articles from current and back issues.
Successful Fund Raising: A monthly newsletter that offers practical tips and techniques to improve
fundraising efforts. Publication covers a variety of topics including annual gift strategies, major
gift identification, cultivation procedures, board recruitment and capital campaign planning.
TechSoup: Created by CompuMentor, a San Francisco charity that provides technology assistance to nonprofit groups
and schools, presents its own articles and worksheets on a variety of technology topics site links to information on
nonprofit discounts on computer equipment and software, a glossary of technology terms, and stories on how charities
are using technology in their work.
The United States Forest Service's Partnership Resource Center: Website has a comprehensive list of

in partnership competencies and numerous links to training opportunities.
University of Wisconsin Extension, Learning Institute for Nonprofit Organizations: A compilation of
