SOLICITATION FOR FEDERAL BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY
Solicitation for a concession contract to provide canoe and tube rental with shuttle service, camp store and retail merchandise, and firewood sales at Ozark National Scenic Riverway.
The National Park Service intends to issue a concession prospectus on November 22, 2010 for canoe and tube rentals with shuttle service, camp store and retail merchandise, and firewood sales at Ozark National Scenic Riverway. The existing Concession Contract between the National Park Service and the existing Concessioner expires on December 31, 2010, or when a new Contract is awarded, whichever occurs first.
The Director, pursuant to 36 CFR Part 51, has determined that the existing Concessioner is a preferred Offeror for the Contract. The term of the new Concession Contract will be for ten (10) years. Any offer, including that of the existing Concessioner, must be received by 4:00 p.m. February 23, 2011. Proposals should be submitted to:

There is a printing cost recovery charge of $25 per copy to be delivered via Federal Express or $20 per copy if picked up in person at the above address. Checks or money orders (no cash or credit accepted) must be payable to the National Park Service; and you must include a business address (no post office box) to receive a Federal Express package.
