The Commemorative Motor Route is accessible at all hours, year-round, weather conditions permitting.

The non-motorized pathway is available for use from dawn to dusk, year-round, weather conditions permitting.

Affiliated areas (i.e. parks, historic sites, etc.) generally are open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., but are closed on major holidays.
