Permits/Reservations: Obtain permits by phone at the WIC in Port Angeles or in person at the Hoh Visitor Center. Reservations should be made for parties of 7 or more persons and for groups with stock animals. All other sites are first come, first served. Reservations may be made by calling the WIC. Climbers
should sign climber register at the Glacier Meadows Ranger Station when
beginning climb. |

No Trace:
Leave No Trace of your stay to protect vegetation
and prevent further camping regulations. Avoid camping on vegetation in
alpine zone. These plants may only have 1-3 months growing season and
are very fragile. Fires: Campfires are not permitted above Martin Creek on the Hoh River trail or above 3,500 feet in other areas. Respect Wildlife: To protect bears and other wildlife, all food, garbage and scented items must be secured from all wildlife 24 hours a day. |
