Volunteers are vital to fulfilling our mission of serving park visitors and protecting park resources.

Many Options for Volunteers

Do you have what it takes to be an Olympic Volunteer?

For short-term opportunities for groups or individuals, please contact the park's volunteer coordinator at 360-565-3141. Please allow a minimum of four weeks to schedule a group specific event. You can also check the Park's event calendar to see if a drop in event is already scheduled.

Olympic also offers long term volunteer opportunities and internships. You can find specific positions listed at the bottom of this page.

Olympic also partners with groups to recruit volunteers and manage projects. Please check these websites for more information:

The Student Conservation Association provides 12 and 16 week internships for college age students and a special 5 week high school crew experience in Olympic.

The Washington Trail Association provides a variety of volunteer trail work trips. You can check their volunteer section for the next work party dates.
