    The Elwha Valley's Olympic Hot Springs Road is closed to public entry beyond the Altair Campground during removal of the Glines Canyon Dam. Olympic Hot Springs is not accessible from the Elwha.

Public Invited to Olympic National Park Open House at Lake Quinault Lodge

Olympic National Park Superintendent Karen Gustin invites community members and park neighbors to an open house at the Lake Quinault Lodge on Wednesday, October 22 from 5:00 – 6:30 p.m. The lodge is located at 345 South Shore Road in Quinault.

“I’m very eager to meet our neighbors in the Quinault area and warmly invite people to join us on October 22,” said Superintendent Gustin. “We extend our appreciation to the Lake Quinault Lodge for their cooperation and assistance in arranging this open house.”

“The Friends of Olympic National Park promote the continued use and enjoyment of all the wonderful recreational opportunities of Olympic National Park,” said Larry Stetson, President, Friends of Olympic National Park.

“We are pleased to co-host this open house and look forward to working with Karen Gustin.”
