Fee-Free Camping on Veterans Day

WARTBURG, Tennessee:The Obed Wild and Scenic River will be having a weekend of fee-free camping at the Rock Creek Campground from November 10^th through the 12^th.This special weekend is held in honor of Veterans Day, which will be observed nationally on November 12^th.Veteran's Day honors our nation's veterans and the Obed Wild and Scenic River is proud of their courage and sacrifice.In a park known for its recreation, the Obed reminds all campers to mark "Fee-free" on their campsite envelopes during November 10^th through the 12^th.The Rock Creek Campground is adjacent to the Nemo Bridge off of Catoosa Road, and just across the river from the Nemo Picnic Area.
