1. Using a large map of the United States, have students locate Boston and Cape Cod, Massachusetts, New York City, and Washington, D.C., all places where Kennedy lived. 2. Using the above map, note the area around the home the Kennedys bought in Brookline, the first suburb west of Boston. What features might have made it a good place to raise children? * The map on the screen has a resolution of 72 dots per inch (dpi), and therefore will print poorly. You can obtain a high quality version of this map, but be aware that the file will take as much as two minutes to load with a 28.8K modem.
