Sharlot Hall Museum Photos, Prescott, Arizona [photo]

This large one and one-half story rustic log building, constructed in 1864, served as the residence for the Territorial Governor and session hall for the Arizona Territorial Government. The building was later used as a home by Sharlot Hall, State Historian and poet. The surrounding grounds are beautifully landscaped with fruit trees and rose gardens.

Old Governor's Mansion/Sharlot Hall Museum is located at 415 W. Gurley St. in Prescott, Arizona. The museum is open during the summer from 10:00am to 5:00pm Monday-Saturday, 1:00pm to 5:00pm Sunday; from November-March it is open 10:00am to 4:00pm Monday-Saturday, 1:00pm to 4:00pm Sunday.
